Age Decoupling Strategy

Meaning

A targeted clinical and lifestyle approach designed to intentionally separate an individual’s chronological age from their biological age, effectively slowing or reversing markers of senescence and functional decline. This strategy focuses on optimizing key physiological systems—endocrine, metabolic, and cellular—to maintain peak function for a longer duration. The ultimate goal is to compress the period of morbidity and extend the years of high-quality health, or ‘healthspan’.
