Adrenal Fatigue Manifestation

Meaning

The clinical presentation of non-Addisonian, stress-induced dysregulation of the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) axis, often characterized by a collection of nonspecific symptoms. This term describes the constellation of physiological and subjective indicators that suggest compromised adrenal reserve or an altered cortisol rhythm. It is not a formal medical diagnosis but a functional descriptor of endocrine stress response impairment. Symptoms frequently include persistent, unexplained fatigue, impaired stress tolerance, and disturbances in sleep or energy patterns.
